      The staff were responsive and hard-working, a real pleasure to deal with. Not really worth mentioning, nevertheless problem was solved quickly. This hotel was set in a beachfront area close to at the restaurants as well as Dana Beach Resort. Villages Road district was worth exploring.

      Perfect hotel, the stay was relaxing, convenient location to the oriental restaurant opposite reception. I had the twin/double room which was neat and luxurious. Excellent service, although a few employees were a bit lazy. And they solved problem right away. Location: the property was really close to a good selection of swimming pools someofwhich were heated. I ate at the beach restaurant near the hotel. Everything was simply very good...

      In the large, beautifully landscaped garden and pool area you can not only eat excellently, but also relax fantastically! Highlights of the resort: enough sun beds at the beach and at the pools, attentive staff at all service points of the resort, even a small boat service takes the guests to and from the beach. In short, a top facility for a wonderful holiday time...

      The friendly staff made our stay nice, especially Mohamed Mahmud's really good help. The boat rides around the resort offered a unique touch, enhancing our overall experience.

      Top service, all staff tried very hard. Food always 1A, super delicious and huge selection with every meal. Very clean area, great bars and restaurants. Our (not yet renovated) family room was getting a bit old, but very large and spacious. Overall a great vacation!

      The Wifi was not very stable. There was never anything going on in the hotel's own disco. Live music was unfortunately always only Schlager/Ballermann music. No variety or program for younger people.

      Very friendly and courteous staff. The management is very accommodating and has even corrected an incorrect booking for which they are not responsible immediately and without complications, even without changing rooms.
